Product Introduction

This vertical buffer is designed to have the function as FIFO/ LIFO and by-pass functions, which can be located between SMT machines to improve the working efficiency by buffering.The system is available to carry on with the FIFO ( First in first out) or LIFO ( Last in first out) under the programming time mode; Cooling fan with programmable cooling time. This vertical cooling buffer is very good to put it after the reflow oven as a cooling buffer.

The machine is available to be equipped with cooling fans installed on the frame of PCB rack position and it is available to program the cooling time which is setup for the each boards staying on the buffer Rack. When the time is reached the setting time, the board is available to be released to downstream machine once the downstream is ready to receive. ( Optional)
