Fisnar – Benchtop

Fisnar – Benchtop

F7300N

The F7300N is the second model in the Fisnar F7000N series with additional I/O ports and greater Z axis penetration. The F300N uses identical programming software as the F7900N. A Teach Pendant is included with all desktop robots for programming. The dispensing robot can dispense liquid gaskets, seals and dots with auto step and repeat.

F7400N

The largest working area dispensing robot in the Fisnar F7000N dispensing robots, these industrial robots are also available with a 4th axis. F7000N series robots interpolate in all axes for 3D dispensing of adhesives, silicones and UV Cure resins. It is also possible to have a vacuum pick and place system coupled with automatic dispensing.

F7000NV

The F7000NV is a vision system for the F7000N Series robots. It has touch screen display with simulation preview. The vision system is supplied complete including PC, ensuring all components are compatible, thereby eliminating any costly start-up issues and reducing the learning curve.

F5200N

The model F5200N is a compact and economically priced gantry robot with all moving axes above the workpiece. The Unitop is suitable for any platform requiring a gantry type mounting providing open access under the robot.

F4500N

A powerful and optimum sized benchtop robot with a working area of 19.68″x19.68 (500x500mm) and extra Z reach of 5.90″ (150mm). Ideal fpr large non contiguous structures and for larger dispensing equipment or apparatus. The F4500N is suitable for plasma treatment applications prior to dispensing.

F4400N

The largest robot in the I&J4000 series of benchtop robots. The F4400N has been engineered to accept a tool weight of up to 5 Kg and a workable load of 10 Kg, making the system tough enough for a wide range of automated dispensing applications.

F4300N

The F4300N is a RoHS-compliant lead-free dispensing robot with a easy to use Teaching Pendant to control the robot. The F4300N uses identical programming software as the F4200N. The motor and base have been reinforced to allow larger and heavier tooling and parts.

F4200N

The F4200N has the smallest footprint in the Fisnar series of desktop dispensing robots and is the most popular desktop dispensing robot with an unbeatable price and performance. This industrial robot is designed to justify the automation of any manual bench dispensing application.

F3400N

The model F3400N is a RoHS compliant 15.74″x15.74″ (400mmx400mm) benchtop robot. It’s servo motor diven ball-screw design enables closed loop operation. A rugged aluminum structure helps prevent vibration while maintaining a compact style and functionality, providing a precision multiple axis robot ideal for many bench dispensing projects.

F3300N

The model F3300N is a 11.81″x11.81″ (300mmx300mm) benchtop robot. It’s servo motor driven ball-screw design enables closed loop operation. A rugged aluminum structure helps prevent vibration while maintaining a compact style and functionality, providing a precision multiple axis robot ideal for many bench dispensing projects.

F3000N

F3000N 4 axes dual station systems include two independent working areas. Ideal for fast change over of identical parts or two dispensing operations. A servo motor driven ball-screw design enables closed loop operation.

F2500N

The F2500N dispensing robot is the largest of all the Fisnar industrial desktop robots and has one side open to allow for the easy access of large work piece. It’s Z axis has 5.9″ (150mm) of penetration. The system is available in 3 and 4 axes configurations.

F2400N

The F2400N dispensing and industrial robot has one side open to allow for easy access of large work piece. It’s Z axis has 5.9″ (150mm) of penetration. The system is available in 3 and 4 axes configurations.

F2300N

A popular model for medium size precision dispensing with several I/O ports for multiple functions. Robots are available in 3 and 4 axes configurations. F2000N series robots are fully interpolating in all axes. Programming of all 2000 series dispensing.

F2200N

The F2000N series Fisnar dispensing robots have higher resolution and repeatability although higher in cost than the 7000 series. The I&J2200N dispensing robot is available in 3 and 4 axes configurations. Programming software is similar to the 7000 series.
